The location is perfect, it is a traditional Parisian apartment with modern furnishings. I know Paris well and always travel with ear plugs! The staff were so helpful and communicated clearly. Plenty of washing tablets, dishwasher tablets and a lovely touch leaving plenty of Nespresso pods for us. Even an umbrella! The shower was great!

First off the location was fantastic. Easy directions on how to enter the property and the apartment. Nice clean comfortable room with a lift . It was quiet and very secluded. We used the laundry facility which was greatly appreciated. Check in and out was fast and easy.

The property was very attractive and well laid out for our use. It was well situated to get around Paris and as it was overlooking a courtyard it was quiet at night.

We loved everything! We had a very last minute booking after being let down by another booking. We arrived 30 mins after book. Lovely man met us and helped us with our bags and escorted me to the underground parking. He helped us with our bags to a beautiful apartment. It was spotlessly clean and impressively decorated. The kitchen and bathroom were beautiful. Beds so comfortable. Location was great as well, lovely bakery 30 seconds walk. We staying in apartment 11L. We would highly recommend this apartment. The hosts were fantastic too.

The location of this apartment was excellent...very central with easy access to loads of restaurants, cafes, and brasseries. (We took advantage of some of the close-by suggestions provided and were very happy with all). It was very large for Paris, comfortable, and also quiet for sleeping as the windows face the interior courtyard. The couch was a little "tired", but the bed was good, the bathroom large, and the kitchen had a door to separate it from the rest of the studio. The apartment was tasteful and clean, even if it lacked a little bit of character. But the building and courtyard are oh-so-Paris. Our check-in was easy, and the host was very quick to respond to our communications when we were delayed in arriving due to a metro strike that day. He was also quick to address a problem with a breaker in the panel as soon as we brought it to his attention.

This is a real gem of an apartment, right within the heart of Central Paris! Clean, spacious and quiet, and the lovely Jean - was wonderful at the meet & greet! I will definitely stay here again on my next business trip!

Lovely studio with everything we needed, overlooking a beautiful courtyard. Clean, spacious for two, comfortable queen sized bed, nice bathroom and shower. Sound carries, so you will hear your neighbors as they come in and out, tho we did not hear noise from the street. Loved walking the neighborhood, plenty of restaurants, bakeries, shops. Not far from the Seine, walkable to many Paris landmarks, tho easy metro access, too. Be sure to check out passage verdeau, a beautiful covered alleyway that has many small shops and restaurants. Wonderful coffee at Aribica.

The apartments- we had the "Deluxe 2 Chambres" are in a very convenient and lively location. As all the windows of our apartment gave to a courtyard, it was also very quiet. Nice old wooden floors, high ceilings with decorative plaster mouldings and a very cosy, tasteful decoration make this apartment feel like a home away from home. (One word of warning for the travellers with truck-sized suitcases: there is no elevator.). The apartment looks in realty as nice as it does on the fotos (which is why I don't ad any to this review even if I took many). If you feel like wasting your time cooking in Paris, you will find everything you need in the small but well equipped kitchen. Last but not least, the check-in and -out was smooth, efficient and very friendly. To sum it up: highly recommended

Great location for our purposes: near auction house Drouot. The 9th Arrondisement is attractive, many restaurants and not touristy like other parts, has a neighborhood feeling. Impeccable apartment on the 5th floor overlooking the cour, very quiet. The apartment had everything we needed, well equipped. And both windows opened, which is a real bonus. Check-out flawless and very nice people, willing to assist in every way.
